TRADING BUDDY AUTOMATED TRADING BOT — ACCESS AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING. BY SIGNING BELOW, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
1. NATURE OF SERVICE
Trading Buddy's automated trading bot executes buy and sell orders on your behalf through the Coinbase Advanced Trade API. Trading Buddy does not manage your funds, provide investment advice, or act as a financial advisor. The Bot operates on algorithmic logic, not personalized financial analysis.
2. ASSUMPTION OF FINANCIAL RISK
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. The Bot may result in financial loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for determining whether automated trading is suitable for your financial situation.
3. SOLE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely and exclusively responsible for all trades executed by the Bot. Trading Buddy, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any financial loss, tax liability, or other harm resulting from Bot activity. No refunds will be issued for subscription fees on account of trading losses.
4. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE
Nothing communicated by Trading Buddy constitutes financial advice or a personalized investment recommendation. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before engaging in automated trading.
5. TECHNICAL FAILURES
The Bot may experience downtime, bugs, or connectivity issues. Trading Buddy makes no guarantee of availability and will not be liable for financial loss resulting from technical failures. You are responsible for monitoring your Coinbase account at all times.
6. YOUR MONITORING OBLIGATION
You agree to regularly review your Coinbase account, immediately pause or disable the Bot if you observe unauthorized activity, and not rely solely on the Bot without active human oversight. If you disable stop-loss protection for any trade type, you assume full responsibility for monitoring and manually closing those positions.
7. API KEY SECURITY
You are responsible for the security of your Coinbase API credentials. You must NOT provide API keys with withdrawal or fund transfer permissions. You will immediately revoke API keys through Coinbase if you believe they have been compromised.
8. ACCESS AND REVOCATION
Trading Buddy reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke your Bot access at any time for any reason. Revocation does not entitle you to a refund. The Bot's algorithm may be modified or discontinued at any time. If you cancel your membership, Bot access is revoked immediately even if your basic membership continues through a grace period — no refund will be issued for remaining Bot time. If you remove the Bot add-on, access is revoked immediately and a prorated credit (not a cash refund) is applied to your next invoice.
9. TAX RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from trades executed by the Bot. Trading Buddy does not provide tax advice.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trading Buddy, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Bot, trades executed on your behalf, or your breach of this Agreement.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Trading Buddy's total liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Trading Buddy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement regarding Bot access and supersedes prior communications.
